Shipping & Returns
All Conks are handmade from scratch and so every item is 100% unique to you. This means every Conk has it's own imperfections, grooves, markings and their own natural pattern therefore although the sizes are consistent, no one will have an exact replica of your Conk.

Conks will be shipped Monday - Friday only. Anything ordered on a Friday will be shipped Monday morning.
Conk aims to dispatch all items that are in stock within 2 days from the order date.
If an item is out of stock, there will be a pre-order option and a dispatch date of the pre-order will be indicated in the item description.
If you wish to return a Conk for any reason, please email Conk as soon as possible
at email@example.com and we will provide a returns address. Conks must be returned within 14 days of receiving the items. Customers are required to pay for the returns to be shipped back and items should be returned in the condition they left the studio. As this is the customers responsibility, we suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance.
All of the Conks are handmade using a brittle material therefore they are of a delicate nature. Should there be any damage to the items in your order when it arrives, please notify Conk immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org) with a photograph of the damaged Conk and we will endeavour to replace this as quickly as possible.
